CXY08 Switch Settings

The CXY08 (M3119) is a Q-bus 8-port asynchronous serial adapter with
full modem control.

The 10-position DIP switch sets the mode and CSR address.
Mode (switch 1) open = DHU11 mode (normal).
CSR (switches 2 through 10): open = 0, closed = 1.
