Changes like these are expected to be included in the next version of Wget for VMS, which is expected to be version 1.10.2c.

Modern MultiNet software should need no special handling, so the normal generic build procedure should work fine. On obsolete systems where the (old) special handling is still needed, add MULTINET to the VMS-WGET.COM command line.
